SHIPPING POLICY
For UK mainland the postage time is 3-4 days delivery, excluding Highlands & Islands & other remote UK locations and international shipments. Delivery costs vary on each item, depending on its weight, and this carriage charge will then be added to your shopping cart.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return an item please contact us by email or phone within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If contacting by email please include your full name and address, order details and details of the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement. With the exception of faulty goods, postage cannot be refunded and we cannot give order refunds until the goods have been received back.
When returning goods we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting (free at the Post Office) as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
